Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and TubeCortex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the parts about payments, acceptable use, and AI-generated content.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using TubeCortex (the “Service”), operated by STINGFU PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. What the Service does

TubeCortex helps you summarize, organize, and ask questions about publicly available YouTube videos and channels using AI. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the Service evolves, and some features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

4. Credits, paid features, and billing

Some features use credits, and we may offer paid plans. Where a feature requires payment, we’ll show the price before you pay, and payment is handled by our third-party payment processor — we don’t store your full card or bank details. If and when we introduce paid plans, any applicable cancellation and refund terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Prices and credit costs may change, but changes won’t affect purchases you’ve already made.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break any law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
  • Try to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ data, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use automated means to extract data beyond what the Service normally allows.
  • Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and the permission you give us

You keep ownership of the content you submit and create (your questions, libraries, “brains”, and settings). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the Service to you. We don’t claim ownership of your content, and we don’t use it to train AI models.

7. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)

If you choose to add your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that key and for any usage, limits, and costs under it. We encrypt stored keys, and you can remove yours at any time.

8. Third-party services and YouTube

TubeCortex helps you understand content that is publicly available on YouTube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google, and their trademarks belong to them. You are responsible for using the Service and any outputs in line with applicable third-party terms and the rights of content owners.

9. AI-generated content

Summaries, answers, and other outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for convenience and are not professional advice of any kind. Always verify important information against the original source before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and brand — belongs to STINGFU PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms don’t give you any rights in it beyond using the Service as intended.

11. Service availability and changes

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and there may be downtime for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We’ll try to give notice of major changes where reasonable.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — continue after termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@tubecortex.com. We will try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

17. General

  • Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don’t enforce a right immediately, that isn’t a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business change.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
